The South Boston & Dorchester neighborhoods have been on the up-and-coming trend for some time now.  With young adults flocking to the areas searching for housing, developers are taking advantage of that rising demand.  

333 Dorchester Ave, a former industrial property, has plans to be redeveloped into 265 apartments, 47k SF of commercial space, and 14.5k SF of retail space according to National Development filings.  With nothing set and stone, the developers have been meeting with abutters, residents and stakeholders for over a year now regarding 333 Dot Ave.  Such a big project can take some time to gather all the public approval needed to move forward.  Soon, a formal review with the city will begin. 

This project is located between the Andrew and Broadway Red Line stops, among many sites of construction and potential redevelopment, making it a hot area to buy into right now.
