A proposed development at Riverside Station off the Green Line in Newton is under official review. Plans call for 11 total buildings that includes 524 residential units, an 11-story 527,000 square foot office tower, a 200-room hotel, 65,000 square feet of retail space, and a hidden parking garage with 3000 spaces. If that wasn’t already enough, plans also include a brand-new public park and an outdoor amphitheater. Project developers are Mark Development and Normandy Real Estate Partners.
