Possibly one of the most notable current projects to appear in East Boston: Clippership Wharf (see other article on this for more details J).  Four total buildings plan to bring 478 total residential units to the area.  These buildings will be right on the water with beautiful views of downtown Boston and upwards of 30,000 square feet of retail and community space.  Oversized windows, chef-level kitchens, restaurants on-site, recreation centers, and new public art on the Harborwalk are only a handful of the benefits of residing in Clippership Wharf.
