Andrew is a Development Associate involved in the full life cycle of real estate projects, including strategy, acquisition underwriting, permitting, project management, and asset management. Before joining Burns Realty & Investments, Andrew worked as an Acquisitions Associate at Newman Properties, a Brookline-based family office focused on multifamily investments. Earlier in his career, he consulted for Hudson Group, a local real estate developer, where he built financial models to support acquisition opportunities. He also gained project management experience at WinnCompanies, an affordable housing developer, supporting large-scale Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
